What to bring to class

Proper preparation prevents poor performance. We recommend bringing the following items to make the most of your workout:

  • Water bottle

  • Small hand towel

  • Proper workout attire

  • Heart-rate monitor (mandatory for members)

class-specific

  • Non-slip socks — Kickboxing

  • BYOM (Bring your own mat) — Stretch It Out
